CANCELLATION POLICY

• No extra guests will be allowed unless informed and permission is granted ahead of time. If you do not ask ahead of time, they will be kindly asked to leave. • A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment, deposits must be sent within 24 hours to secure the time. Otherwise the appointment time will no longer be available. All deposits go toward your service. Deposits are non refundable. • There will be a 15 minute grace period. Ater the 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and will have forfeited the deposit. • There will be a 24 hour cancellation notice! Appointments can be rescheduled once if so. Any cancellations under 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. There will be a 20% cancellation fee of the service. I understand things happen, just let me know! • You’re allowed to rebook your appointment once, if something comes up again you’ll be required to set a new appointment and pay another deposit. • No show appointments will no longer be able to book. Your deposit will be forfeited. Again, I understand things happen so just let me know! • I will not be servicing any regular polish and only providing gel polish change on toes, no pedicures. Go to Magnolia Nails on Ambassador for awesome pedicures :3 • If you need a repair or are dissatisfied, please contact within 5 days of your appointment for a complimentary fix. Any later will result in a nail repair fee. No refunds are allowed. Please be mindful that prices shown are just starting prices and your total at the end of your service will be determined based on work etc.
